Hello, I'm Kay

Picture of Kay, nice to meet you

Personal Motto

“It is not inadequacy that human beings fear; it is Power, beyond any measure”

~Marianne Williamson.

Who am I?

I am a man that prefers talking only if I find the interest to, and I find a lot of things interesting 😅
I like anime and manga, you could call me a nerd on that front so it is no surprise that I happened upon software development huh? I value tranquility and prefer to avoid disruptions to my peace; I enjoy time to myself; reading or simply working on self-improvement. I also have a penchant for learning different languages, my favourite being Japanese, which fully validates my passion for anime.

From where do I hail?

It is a little but loud township called Daveyton in the East Rand of Gauteng, quite a few stars were born or raised there, with the likes of Lira, a professional singer and artist, as well as Rhoo Hlatshwayo, a DJ and actor. Now Kabelo Madibeng, an aspiring Software Developer. There are settlements in that township and mine was named after a struggle hero with the name, Chris Hani. My neighborhood was everything but fun, I always stayed inside my home or out to the next one over to my friend's house, not to say that some of the people were not neighborly or safe, but it was disadvantaged as our electricity problems went beyond "Load Shedding". My home was my favourite place there so I treasure it always.

Why did I join Whakatau

What you see there is a picture of what is called "Binary Code", this is the language understood by computers (well I'm human so I don't even know it well myself 😜), this was created by Gottfried Leibniz; a logical statement turned into a purely mathematical one. Human beings, with our goals oriented towards pioneering, we were able to create translators for Binary: Coding Languages, and with that began what I believe to be the greatest industrial revolution:

The Information Age.

This has made the hyper-technological-age closer than ever before, not only that, it has made it more possible to created better understanding; through complex code builds like AI in order to replicate the human brain and its behaviours, the progenitor of it all.

This is where my true intrests lie.
